Using and modifying CREO parts with LensMechanix

August 23rd, 2017
For the first time, mechanical engineers can load and modify CREO parts in SOLIDWORKS, which further extends the capabilities of LensMechanix. In this webinar, you will learn how to:
Use the 3D Interconnect tool in SOLIDWORKS to work with CREO parts in LensMechanix
Get tolerance data from sequential designs using the Zemax Programming Language in OpticStudio
Use additional detectors to create a more realistic view of light travelling through an optomechanical system
Load and use a manufacturer’s source files to create more realistic ray traces
LensMechanix is a SOLIDWORKS Certified Gold Partner add-in for mechanical engineers who work on optical systems. It uses the same physics core engine as OpticStudio that is relied on by NASA and industry leaders worldwide.
